Thanks to arrangements made by our marketing department directly with the Hotels, we are sure to guarantee the best rates.
If there is a lower rate available for the same dates, the same hotel and booking conditions, after you booked the property you can contact us at least 1 day prior to the property's cancellation policy and report it.
Your e-mail must include your booking number and the site where you have seen the lower rate. After verifying the lower rate, we will trying to match it ! - The lowest rates guaranteed does not apply to special events or holidays such as Christmas, Easter, New Year etc..
